The Call Team Researcher role is fundamental to the Service Delivery model of HireRight. Following processes set out in the SOPs, Researchers verify information provided by Candidates and input the outcome of their work into a client-facing report. Researchers are expected to follow processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to guidelines from their Supervisors regarding required productivity and quality standards. This role covers both entry-level and experienced Researchers and includes verifications conducted in English and Turkish, with Turkish proficiency being a mandatory requirement for this position.
