Overview

The HR Operations Lead – APAC/India reports to the Senior Manager, HR Operations and is responsible for leading the day-to-day HR Operations function across the APAC and India region. This role manages the regional HR Specialists, ensures the timely delivery of HR operational support, and partners closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and support the APAC/India HR Operations Specialists while managing team priorities and workload.
  • Oversee daily HR Operations activities across all regions, including employee and manager inquiries received through Teams, the shared HR Operations mailbox, and AskHR.
  • Manage and support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, job and compensation changes, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, and terminations.
  • Review and approve HR4U transactions submitted by the HR Operations team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HRIS, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Support HR Operations projects, process improvements, system enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance with company policies and local regulations, and adherence to established service levels.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex HR Operations issues and help drive consistent, high-quality service across the region.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR Operations or Shared Services experience, including experience leading or mentoring a team.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably UKG.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Experience supporting APAC and/or India is preferred.
