Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Generalist & Operations Specialist to support our EMEA HR Services team from our Polish office. With 3–4 years of experience in HR administration and generalist functions, you will play a key role in maintaining HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting both local and cross-border HR operations. This role involves close collaboration with Payroll and other regional stakeholders to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes and compliance with Polish and international employment regulations. 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit employee data in HRIS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates 
  • Partner with Payroll to process new hires, terminations, and employee changes efficiently 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, compliance checks, and exit procedures 
  • Manage employment verification requests and departmental correspondence 
  • Ensure employee records are maintained in line with company policies and Polish labor laws 
  • Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and internal documentation initiatives 
  • Stay informed on Polish employment legislation and support its application across HR operations 
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues across the EMEA region to ensure consistent service delivery 

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles 
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance standards 
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Oracle, Workday, or UKG 
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Discreet, professional, and committed to maintaining confidentiality 
  • Knowledge of Polish labor law and interest in cross-border HR practices 
  • Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is preferred
