We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of ERP applications through robust automation and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform automation testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO).
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Regression Suite Automation Tool (RSAT).
• Validate business-critical processes and workflows within D365 FO.
• Design, develop, and implement test scenarios and test cases for regression and functional testing across markets/entities.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze test execution results and publish test summary reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Identify, log, track, and support resolution of defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to improve overall product quality.
• Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and testing processes.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with RSAT (Regression Suite Automation Tool).
• Experience in automation testing of web-based ERP applications, preferably D365 FO.
• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
• Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with monitoring/debugging tools such as Fiddler or similar (nice to have).
• Experience in preparing and presenting test reports, metrics, and dashboards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to end-to-end ERP implementations or global rollouts.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Equivalent technical degree or relevant industry experience will also be considered
