Overview

Ensuring a first class customer and candidate experience through verifying standard education, employment, and reference information as well as conducting credit, criminal and database checks in line with qualitative and quantitative performance targets for the role, utilizing available resources such as telephone or electronic processes in a professional and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures in order to help candidates get hired.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that duties are carried out your tasks in line with the priority under the supervisor’s direction
  • Quickly and effectively research and verify facts provided by Candidates to ensure the screening process is completed in a timely manner 
  • Communicate with Candidates under the supervisor’s direction, with tact and diplomacy, to obtain missing information or to clarify details as quickly as possible 
  • Collaborate with other teams to keep Supervisors informed of issues throughout the screening process 
  • Ensure all actions comply with all applicable Data Protection legislations
  • Assist team members and works as part of the team to ensure customers’ expectations are met 
  • Conduct interviews with professional referees to verify Candidates’ employment history 
  • Keep to report, communicate, and consult with supervisors
  • May assist in ad hoc projects as and when required

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, College Degree Preferred

 

Experience:

  • Must have a basic computer knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Project a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Confidence and decision making skills a plus
  • Ability to analyse multiple pieces of data;
  • Ability to handle sensitive accounts;
  • Trustworthy;
  • Must be independent, eager to learn and patient;
  • Occasional overtime required.

            Knowledge & Skill:

  • Good understanding of the roles of the relevant functional groups within own area.
  • English: Business level, Japanese: Native level
  • Great Team player
