Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated finance professional to join our APAC Reporting & Analysis team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across our APAC entities. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in statutory reporting and analytics, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • US GAAP to Stat Adjustments: own and execute all GAAP to Stat reconciliations for all APAC entities.
  • Flux Analysis: lead monthly and quarterly P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for individual APAC entities and the consolidated APAC region.
  • Stakeholder Engagement, that includes but not limits to:
  • present MoM and Budget/Forecast vs Actual flux insights to Accounting and FP&A teams,
  • collaboration with the Tax team to support reporting across all APAC entities,
  • partner with External Reporting for statutory filings and with auditors for statutory audits.
  • Project Work: contribute to cross-functional finance projects during non-reporting cycles.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in statutory reporting for APAC countries, ideally those within our operational footprint (India, Singapore, HongKong, Australia, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferred Experience
  • 3-4+ years for Senior Associate level; 5-6+ years for Manager level.
  • Prior experience in multinational corporations or shared service environments, working with any BIG4 companies and an financial audit background will be an asset,
  • Familiarity with financial systems and reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics-D365, Power BI, Tableau, EPM).
  • Experience in working with multinational environment.
