This is a supervisory role for an experienced Customer Service/Call Centre professional who has a passion for putting the customer first in a team environment! The role focuses to ensure programs, policies and quality standards in the areas of customer responsiveness, turn-around time and quality of response for customer issues and requests are met and exceeded.
