Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for Salesforce users (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Perform data management tasks such as imports, exports, and data quality checks.
  • Assist in the development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Participate in configuration tasks such as workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Support integration of Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Help maintain data integrity and perform data migration tasks as needed.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay up to date on new Salesforce features and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce development (internships or academic projects acceptable).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce objects, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Education:

  • BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Certifications:

  • Salesforce certifications is a plus
