Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and designing business processes for automation and integrating RPA solutions to improve operational efficiency. The RPA Business Analyst will work closely with both business stakeholders and RPA developers, gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing RPA process design documents, and serving as a liaison between the two teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business process analysis and RPA tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize business processes suitable for automation.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using RPA solutions.
  • Participate in design and testing of automation workflows.
  • Document RPA process details and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Provide training and support to RPA end users.
  • Work closely with RPA developers and vendors.
  • Monitor and report on RPA project progress, performance, and issues.
  • Research emerging RPA technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities.
  • Train and mentor other team members in the use of RPA technologies and processes123.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in RPA or automation projects.
  • Proven experience with business process mapping and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity and/or experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data compliance and security standards.
