RPA Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Developer to join our innovative robotics team. In this role, you will collaborate across various functions including business operations and analysis to develop and optimize workflow processes. You will take the lead on designing and managing workflow automation projects, as well as testing and resolving any issues that arise. Proficiency in Automation Anywhere and Power Automate is essential for this role. 

• Provide expert guidance on process design 

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows 

• Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools 

• Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions 

• Develop process and end-user documentation 

• Ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes 

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects 

• Engage directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs suitable for implementation 

• Work closely with development team members to ensure the proper implementation and integration of solutions 

• Provide support for deployments and troubleshoot production issues as needed 

• Stay current with relevant technologies and business processes 

• • At least 3 years of experience with RPA tools and platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate 
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in programming languages including Java, Python, C#, and JavaScript 
  • Basic programming knowledge in HTML and JavaScript (or any scripting language) 
  • Proficiency in creating technical specification documents for RPA projects 
  • Experience in developing and consuming APIs 
  • Automation Anywhere/Power Automate certifications preferred but not mandatory 
  • Experience with Agile development methodology. 
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred. 
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic. 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods. 
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. 

Automation Anywhere -

• Experience developing RPA solutions with Automation Anywhere, version A360.
• Strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, bot development, and deployment.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room for bot management and scheduling.

Power Automate -

• Should be proficient with Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud (Cloud Flows) platforms.
