Technical Product Manager

As a Technical Product Manager in for AI, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data management, architecture, and functional stakeholders. You will be responsible for defining, managing, and delivering AI-driven products that align with company goals, customer needs, and market trends. Your expertise in AI technologies, product development, and communication will help ensure the successful launch and adoption of cutting-edge solutions. 

• Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data management and stakeholders to define the business requirements and convert it into Epic/ Stories. 
  • AI Expertise: Leverage your understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, recommendation engine, LLMs) to guide product development and inform technical decisions. 
  • Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their pain points, validate product ideas, and gather feedback to continuously improve AI products. 
  • Program Management: Lead product development efforts, ensuring tracking of product milestones. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product performance, and iterate on features. 
  • Data analysis and understanding of Data Management & related technologies: Good understanding of data analysis, Databases, Datalake and related technologies.  

• Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, preferably in AI, machine learning and building recommendation engine. 
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning principles, algorithms, and tools. 
  • Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products from concept to market. 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong documentation skill and have a good experience of writing PRDs/BRDs. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality and scalable solutions. 
  • Strong technical background to be able to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies so that you are able to convey requirements to engineering. Prior engineering experience is strongly preferred 
  • Experience leading via agile and scrum methodologies 
  • Experience leading and partnering with large distributed and cross-functional teams 
  • Comfortable working with software engineers, architects and data engineers on technical topics such as data architectures, APIs, and Services 
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus. 

  Preferred Skills: 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and AI/ML tools. 
  • Experience with NLP, computer vision, or other AI subfields. 
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
