Overview

– Lead the efforts and process to gather and create SOP & other templates requirements or process improvements.

– Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all SOPs and internal templates, training & policy documents.

– Lead the analysis and recommendations for knowledgebase effectiveness.

– Drive the day to day activities to ensure the accuracy, governance, and maintenance of SOPs and other templates/training documents.

– Manage all aspects of the knowledgebase related document control and approval system and processes.

Responsibilities

 

– Support the communication and training of SOPs to operational & client facing teams.

– Conduct staff interviews and review/research work products to aid in the development of SOPs

– Review, suggest, revise, consult, and re-write existing SOPs.

– Review regulatory, SOP and other process documents for clarity and consistency.

– Develop, improve, maintain and revise Standard Operating Procedures, templates & training materials.

– Drive training sessions for new information updated in the SOPs, templates & training documents as well as session to provide regular refresher as needed

– Respond to co-workers, superiors, and clients in a cooperative and constructive and timely manner; providing support to other department personnel by responding to requests for information and assistance; promoting an awareness and positive image of the department; facilitating a respectful, friendly atmosphere in the workplace.

– Identifying lacks or misses in the products from the system and process perspective

– Addressing issues, bugs with the products

– Involvement in regular IT/Product testing schemes

– Maintenance of AC requests (setting up, translations, ad-hoc changes etc.)

– Looking for improvements around AC templates and source templates

– Successful delivery of new products/features

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience writing SOPs, processes, procedures, user manuals and/or work instructions (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

– Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Visio to develop process flowcharts.

– Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of customer staff and SMEs to give them high quality, responsive service.

– Demonstrated strong attention-to-detail and ability to work with accuracy.

– Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities effectively

– Motivated team player

– Ability to easily acclimate into the project team and customer environment and make an immediate contribution.

– Ability to interact with clients and team-members in a professional manner using tact, courtesy and good judgment to provide timely inquiry response and other routine customer support.
